MONTFERRAND
Located at the tourist attraction Seuil de Naurouze where the water of the Canal du Midi is shared, we serve dishes and menus made with fresh produce and fare from own vegetable garden in a blend of gourmet and bistro cuisine. After working in several first-rate restaurants, we chose to create our own. We strive to introduce our guests to new flavours with fresh produce and very reasonably priced menus. The menu changes every 6 weeks and we only use seasonal products, mostly from our kitchen garden. We take pride in simple and friendly hospitality.
