Deconfinement is being prepared little by little in France and with it, the desire to escape and recharge one’s batteries… How about spending a summer in peace and quiet in the middle of nature?!
Pascal and Patricia are ready to welcome you as soon as possible in their haven of peace and will be more than ever at your disposal to make sure you enjoy your stay in the open air and in complete serenity. From the green around you, an incredible view of the Lauragais in the background, a big breath of air at the Saint Ferréol lake, you can breathe, relax and enjoy the moment… Welcome to the Park! In view of the current health situation, various specific measures have been put in place: – For sanitary reasons: o In addition to the cleaning at the end of the stay by the guests, the gîte will be completely disinfected and ventilated, o The linen will be washed as usual at a minimum of 60°. o Disinfection products will be made available to customers (white vinegar and bleach). o The departures and arrivals of the guests will be at least 8 hours apart (departure at 10 am maximum and arrival from 6 pm) o The garden furniture and children’s games will be clean and disinfected at the end of each stay. o The gîte has its own independent entrance and thus avoids the need to pass through common areas. – From a financial point of view with a COVID-19 money-back guarantee o A reservation contract will be drawn up with a specific clause for this summer due to the epidemic, committing the gîte Le Parc to refund the 30% reservation deposit for state regulatory reasons. The balance is to be paid on arrival. – Concerning the gite bed and breakfast completely independent and with a kitchen, we open for reservations from July 4th to August 30th without the breakfast formula with a guaranteed refund clause of the deposit paid in case of cancellation for regulatory reasons COVID-19. – concerning the bed and breakfast flat on the first floor of our accommodation which also has a kitchenette, we will open reservations from 4 July to 30 August for a minimum of 4 nights due to the sanitary measures to be put in place. A holiday in the great outdoors for everyone! Starting from Revel, a typical village of the south-west, known for its art furnishings and its small gastronomic market among the most beautiful in France, take advantage of a privileged situation to discover the jewels of Occitania: the fortress of Carcassonne, the cathedral of Albi, the pink city of Toulouse, Cordes sur Ciel, the Cathar castles, the Canal du Midi and its locks… You can also walk or cycle with family or friends on the many paths along the waterfront or in the forest, with a greenway accessible 500m from the gîte. The Lac Saint Ferréol is 1km away where various water activities are offered: swimming, pedal boats, sailing but also beautiful walks to the sources of the Canal du Midi. For lovers of the great outdoors, the gîte le Parc is situated at the foot of the Montagne Noire, offering numerous lakes and possibilities for outdoor activities: mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata, potholing, fishing… The gîte Le Parc in a “green setting”. In the heart of a large park of 8000m2, you will have an independent gîte on the garden level with a view of the Lauragais and Revel. The gîte is composed of 2 semi-enclosed bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90), one of which is on the mezzanine, a living room equipped with a kitchen (hotplates, microwave, fridge/freezer), a TV-TNT, WIFI, a terrace, garden furniture with barbecue, deckchairs and a hammock to relax or read in the shade of large trees. For your comfort and if you wish, household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels…) can be provided free of charge. Access to the gîte Le Parc is secured with an automatic gate. Bicycles (under conditions), hiking maps, outdoor games for children (football goals, outdoor games) can be lent (under conditions). Our animal friends are accepted on condition that they respect certain rules established together beforehand. Our key words: health safety, nature, calm and conviviality.
