In the heart of the Languedoc, Domaine de Saint André, with an area of 40 hectares on a single block of land, boasts the full set of traditional Languedoc grape varieties (Cinsault, Carignan, Chardonnay, Muscat, Roussanne, Vermentino and Viognier), supplemented by some Bordeaux varieties (Merlot and Cabernet Franc). The terroir is predominantly clay and limestone. Since purchasing the estate in 2002, Inès and Thierry Hébert have sought to rejuvenate this estate that belonged to the same family for two hundred years. Knowledgeable about the winemaking process with the advice of their winemaker Jean-François Vrinat and in collaboration with the estate manager, their efforts have contributed to the production of fine wines that appeal to both national and international customers.
