Vince’s Truck is the meeting of two people passionate about cooking. Vincent, a graduate of the hotel school is “rather” salty. François, a graduate chocolate maker and confectioner is “rather” sweet. Between them, the two of them will take you on board their food truck to discover a nomadic cuisine rich in tapas and pinchos reinterpreted and made with fresh products (eggs from the henhouse, herbs, fruit and vegetables from the garden). On the lookout for novelties, curious, inventive, they are inspired by the kitchen mediterranean but also of Norman influence due to the origins of Vincent but also Asian due to the travels of Francis. According to their moods and your desires, they will concoct tasty tapas full of flavour.
