La Table de Valérie, is the new name of the bistronomic restaurant, which is located in the heart of Vinauberge. Vinauberge is located in the former Cooperative Cellar of Poilhes, on the banks of the Canal du Midi. Vinauberge is a real center for the discovery of Languedoc-Roussillon wines and a haven of peace where you can taste Saint Chinian wines that will accompany a good traditional dish or an assortment of tapas. A place to discover, where you will appreciate the beautiful shaded terrace or the spacious room equipped with tasting machines and a caring staff!
