The Salon de Vauban is an old barn, entirely renovated with lime, wood and hemp, benefiting from great comfort to make your stay as pleasant as it is gourmet. Come and fill up with positive energy! The ground floor is dedicated to a quality organic and local restaurant/tea room with its sweet and savoury spreads and homemade pastries. Adapted menu with a gluten-free, lactose-free offer. A beautiful delicatessen with Occitan notes and whiskies with a taste of the South West. Truffle menu in season. The first floor opens onto a reading area, with exhibitions (photos, paintings, sculpture …). Reservation recommended.
