LES CAMMAZES
Salon de Vauban is an old barn, completely renovated with lime, wood and hemp, with all the comforts to make your break as pleasant as it is delicious. Come and fill up on positive energy! A must-see is the VAUBAN Vault, just 50m from the salon.
The ground floor is dedicated to a quality organic and local restaurant/tea room, with a continuous service of sweet and savoury spreads and home-made pastries. The menu is adapted for gluten-free and lactose-free foods. A fine delicatessen with touches of Occitanie and whiskies with a south-western flavour. Truffle menu in season. The first floor opens onto a reading area, with exhibitions (photos, paintings, sculpture, etc.). Booking recommended. At the table or in the shop, come and fill up on positive energy. Bike hire. My establishment has been awarded the ‘Valeurs Parc Naturel Régional du Haut-Languedoc’ label.
