Trained at the restaurant “Emile” and after a varied career in the world of catering, Sébastien Dufraisse realizes his dream with the opening of his own restaurant in the heart of Lauragais. Passionate, he wishes to share with the greatest number his original and generous seasonal cuisine.
Our restaurant offers a cuisine from the market. The menus change very regularly depending on the season and the products available.
