FRATELLI RISTORANTE

TOULOUSE

Description

In the heart of the beautiful pink city, in the lively Jean-Jaurès district, the Fratelli team and its traditional and inventive transalpine cuisine, offers an absolute change of scenery in the direction of Italia Vera. Fratelli imagines and develops CO-EAT-ALIA , a concept of sharing / sharing Italian cuisine / sharing the joy, the way of living and eating of Italians.
A cosy and warm decor, a large central bar overflowing with home-made antipasti: baked vegetables, focaccia, grissini… and a friendly team 100% transalpine, illuminate this welcoming place. A real Trattoria atmosphere with quality products, all DOP (protected designation of origin), selected throughout many Italian trips. Only small local producers and craftsmen, proud to export their goods to their French neighbours. As for the fresh products, they are all local, the fruits and vegetables come from “Persil et Compagnie” or “Chez Mimi” at Victor Hugo’s market, the fish and shellfish are tasted at “La Marée Toulousaine”, and the meats come from local breeders gathered by “Racé”. The chef Carlo Ricci, who handles and shapes the dough prepared each morning like no other, then sublimates these products in inventive and surprising dishes with authentic transalpine flavours. Briefly, Fratelli Toulouse, the other Italy !
