It is here, at 6 rue Caminade, in the historic center, not far from the Carmes district in Toulouse, that the Catxo restaurant has found its place. The name “Catxo” seemed obvious to me when choosing the name of the restaurant. It refers to my grandfather’s nickname and reminds me of my origins: my country of birth, Argentina. At Catxo, there is no other desire and need than to offer free, sincere and authentic cuisine marked by the seasons, creativity and travel. All this washed down by good, carefully selected bottles. Walk through the door of our restaurant in Toulouse, located near Place des Carmes, and we will do everything we can to ensure that you have a pleasant time. Our greatest reward is to make you happy!
