They were world champions of Toulouse Cassoulet contest in 2022 and won Lucien Vanel prize for the best cassoulet. The Auberge takes part in a number of events throughout the year, including ‘la semaine du goût’, cookery classes all year long (even for children) and special menus for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
