At the foot of the Montagne Noire, very close to the lake of Saint-Ferréol (400m) and its many activities (swimming, pedal boats…), you will be able to recharge your batteries in this very luminous house and enjoy its large covered swimming pool (open from May to October with a water temperature between 24 and 30°C, covered with a shelter where you can walk standing all around). Large enclosed garden, garage for one car, parking in the property, numerous games: table football, ping-pong table, a basketball basket and pool table in the living room. Privileged location between the grands sites of the Occitanie region: Toulouse, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Albi, near Revel, a bastide with a famous market and the Canal du Midi. Access to the gîte by a staircase leading to a veranda converted into a dining room, large living room with a sitting area with a pool table and an open fitted kitchen opening onto a covered terrace on the garden level, independent WC, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed in 180cm) (1 double bed in 140cm) (1 double bed in 140cm), shower room with WC. In the basement : laundry, garage, games. Oil-fired central heating. Internet access and telephone. A year-round rental (2 people), with independent entrance, is adjoining, on the ground floor of the house, but does not have access to the garden or the swimming pool.the price includes: water, electricity, season tickets, tea towels, towels and tablecloths.the price does not include: bed linen rental: 10€/bed, bathroom linen rental: 5€/person, heating (fixed price): 50€/week, optional end-of-stay cleaning (fixed price): 80€.
