SOREZE
La chênaie du Lac est un petit ensemble atypique de 3 gîtes, situé sur les contreforts de la Montagne Noire, le lac de Saint Ferréol est à 100 m (à peine 5 min à pied). Son centre nautique propose de très nombreuses activités nautiques (non motorisées). Restaurants, glaciers, bars sont à 5 mn à pied mais nous n’en tirons que des avantages sans en subir les nuisances ! Notre parc paysagé d’1,5 ha composé principalement de chênes fait partie du Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc. Nous avons une vue imprenable sur la Montagne Noire et la plaine de Sorèze à Mazamet (visibilité à plus de 20 km).
Our large swimming pool (15x5m) is heated and covered (but can be uncovered) and has a large solarium. We’ve had a REAL petanque pitch made, half in the shade, half in the sun, flanked by a picnic table where you can sip your favourite drink. Hammocks are set up in the oak grove depending on the weather (but the weather is … almost … always fine at Saint Fé!).
Our Mélèze gîte is ideal for a family with children or teenagers (we change the decor and games in the children’s room according to the age of our young guests). On one level, it is located above Chêne gîte, with a large private terrace planted with flowers, barbecue and garden table.
Our Mélèze gîte :
– living room with 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, dining area, fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner hob, small appliances: toaster, nespresso and filter coffee makers, kettle, food processors),
– a parents’ bedroom with a 160×200 bed,
– a bedroom for younger guests with two 90×190 bunk beds,
– a brand-new shower room with walk-in shower and toilet,
– a laundry room with a washing machine, with access to our tumble dryer if required, and a separate toilet.
To be shared with holidaymakers in Chêne gîte: a heated indoor swimming pool that can be uncovered, a REAL petanque pitch, a play area (swing and table tennis) and a hammock area.
Bed linen and towels are provided, as is a cleaning service at the end of your stay.
Pets: only dogs are allowed (no cats), with supplement, subject to conditions. 50€/stay, whatever the length of stay.
