Welcome to our charming house near the small port of Capestang. The whole building offers a breathtaking view of the Canal du Midi, the ideal place to relax to the rhythm of the barges. The villa, which has just been built, has been designed predominantly in wood, making it very comfortable to live in. The house has a terrace, a private swimming pool and 2 private parking spaces. The home has been designed to offer a privileged view of the Canal du Midi from every room. On the first floor, you’ll find a large living room with an open kitchen (fully equipped). There’s also a master suite (with bathroom) and WC. All rooms open onto a large wooden terrace overlooking the swimming pool. On the 1st floor, you’ll find two large bedrooms with magnificent views over the Canal du Midi. And a bathroom with WC. The house is very well equipped, with all essential tools. We also have everything you need for families with children (high chair, changing mat, cot, playpen, small paddling pool, sandpit and board games, outdoor play equipment for older children!)
