On a former winegrowing estate, we welcome you to our gîte on the 1st floor of the former stables. The accommodation is equipped with 3 bedrooms with fitted closets (1 with a 160×200 bed, 1 with 90×190 bunk beds, 1 with 2 80×200 or 160×200 beds), a large kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer), a bathroom (bath, washbasin, cupboard, hairdryer), separate toilet with shower and washing machine, a large living/dining room with sofas, dining table, TV, mezzanine (secure children’s play area) opening onto a large terrace overlooking Sète (garden furniture, dining table, gas barbecue/plancha). You’ll have access to the garden and swimming pool with deckchairs (shared with the owners), where you’ll find picnic tables and a large trampoline.
