– Medallion of semi-cooked foie gras served with a duo of cherry and fig jams
– Scallop risotto with trilogy of gambas in American sauce
– Trou Normand
– Tournedos of duck breast with porcini mushrooms, chestnut confit jus and vegetables
– Délice de l’escargot and its round of cheeses
– Farandole of desserts: rum and grape ice cream, candied fruit Baba, chocolate Religieuse
Wine, champagne, coffee and party favors included.
