This show takes us to Andalusia, and more specifically to Jerez de la Frontera, the birthplace of flamenco
The name of the show “el eco de Jerez” refers to the musicality and rhythm of Jerez artists, and will be performed by Santiago Moreno on guitar, El Quini on vocals and two dancers: Maya Capo and Sara Caro.
The former has moved to Jerez and has long worked in the south of France as a dancer and teacher. She is also the organizer of this Festival.
The other is a very promising and talented young Jerezana artist.
This team will take you on a journey to the furthest reaches of Andalusia, where you’ll feel the frenzied rhythm of flamenco music and be captivated by their unique, emotionally-charged dance.

The Compania Maria Del Mar Moreno presents its new show “Bailahora”, a play on the words “bailaora” meaning “dancer” in Spanish and “baila ahora” meaning “dance now”, in other words, the fact that dance is a living art that is lived in the present moment.
Maria del Mar Moreno is an emblematic flamenco dancer from Jerez de la Frontera, and her dance is characterized by great expressive power and inexhaustible energy.
Every movement, every look, every sound is charged with meaning and emotion, transporting us to the very depths of our being.
She will share the stage with Cadiz’s greatest dancer: Juan Ogalla, and will be accompanied by a musical team of great renown, with Antonio Malena and El Quini on vocals and Santiago Moreno on guitar.
This show, which has already been produced in Spain, has received rave reviews in the Cadiz newspaper: “It’s a complete show that has nourished me, tradition and modernity combine in a gourmet spectacle, art becomes a feast for the senses, and the old and the new dance in unison in a delicate balance.”
