followed by a debate in the presence of the director Jacques Thouvenot and Thierry Patrac, president of the association Génération Music
In this 52-minute documentary, the gypsies of the south of France reveal themselves for the first time, without concession.
Without family, there are no gypsies. Without guitar, there are no gypsies either!
When you are a gypsy and you pick up a guitar, you don’t play flamenco, you are flamenco
You can’t learn it. It is in the blood. And the little gypsies will be the great “flamencos” of tomorrow.
This is why they are entitled to ask the right question: what will tomorrow be made of?

6:30 pm> Poetic journey
In the presence of Françoise Mingot-Tauran, editor and Miguel Dufour, writer
Françoise Mingot-Tauran is a libertarian editor at Wallâda publishing house. She writes and sings under the pseudonym of Fanfan. She is currently developing, among the ten or so collections she has created, two new trends with evocative names: “La merlette moqueuse” (poetry and songs of resistance) and “Coup de patte” (humor, indignation or tenderness, but rather theatrical).

Writer, painter, sculptor and stonecutter, Miguel Dufour was born into a sedentary family but spent half his life in Latin America.
True to his origins, “when I don’t travel, I die” he confesses.

His themes, very diversified, go far beyond the daily concerns of a traveler. They express the poet’s unusual philosophy and experience, open to other continents and nourished by socio-political commitments from which adventure is not absent.
