Yannick Pelletier used to be a wine merchant. He moved to the other side of the store over ten years ago. He started from scratch and dutifully immersed himself in an apprenticeship at an estate before setting up his own in Saint-Nazaire de Ladarez, in the Languedoc region. In the coolness of his cellar, Yannick makes truly artisanal wines with an assertive personality. The winemaking here is traditional, gentle and refined. We’ve fallen in love with these rare wines that respect the life of the soil.
