Screening of Pedro Almodovar’s film starring Penélope Cruz, Milena Smit and Israel Elejalde.
Janis and Ana meet in a hospital room as they are about to give birth. Both single, they became pregnant by accident. For one, there are no regrets and no doubts, while the other, a teenager, is frightened and remorseful. The few words exchanged between them will create a very close bond, which chance will complicate in a shocking way.
Free admission, limited seating.
The screening will be followed by a conference on Friday March 7 at 6pm, entitled “Chromophagy in Almodovar’s cinema”.
