ST MARTIN LALANDE
A mill, Le Moulin du Vivier, offers a range of flour and seeds made with high-quality wheat, both local and regional, and in some cases from other regions of France. The Moulin gives priority to short-distribution channels and the environmental impact of transport. More recently, Le Moulin du Vivier has developed its activity with the addition of a shop selling regional produce. Working together with neighbouring producers, Le Moulin du Vivier offers a range of local produce and regional delicacies.
